Dad Hamstra turned 60 back in April and all the kids got together and planned out a whole day of fun for him for June 5th. Why June 5th you say?? Well, of course because if you know dad, you know the fun day had to include a trip to see the White Sox!
We all met a Jill's , then went out for dinner at Schoop's (another favorite of dad's) then we headed on up to Chicago for a night out with the Sox. It was fun to be together as a family and goof around and have fun. While the Sox didn't win that night, we all had fun spending time together and I think that's what matters. Even dad didn't seem to mind too much that they lost :)
The night ended with some beautiful fireworks. I love my Hamstra family and am so thankful to God for bringing them into my life :)
Dad, many more happy years ahead for you!!!
